Writing therapy has many benefits, both for the writer and the reader. For the writer, it can promote problem solving skills, encourage healthy vocabulary, and improve overall communication skills. For the reader, it helps to visualize the world of the writer and meet them exactly where they are.

The word theatre is from the Greek word theatron, meaning a place of seeing. You will be creating a space to safely express the fullness of your emotions while learning how to articulate your personal journey. We will use storytelling tools to unpack your experiences, perspectives and objectives in this stage of your life.

This type of therapy uses music to help improve a person's overall health and well-being. It may include creating music, singing, listening and/or relaxing to music. Music allows you to feel your feelings through the frequency of the sound. We explore our emotional journey through different instruments, musical artists and by creating music ourselves. Where the focus is not on perfection, but on reflection.
